The Reverse Triathlon is a lovely bike ride through the farmlands of the Ottawa Valley and over the rolling hills of White Lake. Competitors transition to a run through the shady cedars along the road to the dock. The swim is a refreshing dip in the sparkling waters of Hurd’s Lake. The following festivities are held at the picturesque Beamish Family Cottage for an afternoon of fun with a bbq, music and relaxing by the water.
